Trade Expo 2023

The 2023 edition of the event attracted over 5,000 professionals from 24 countries, featuring 160+ exhibitors from 21 countries and showcasing 1000+ brands, along with 8 dedicated country pavilions. The opening ceremony included the popping of Champagne Laurent-Perrier and a ribboncutting ceremony attended by notable figures such as Deputy Mayor Christian Zaum of Düsseldorf and The Honorable Nick Champion MP, Minister for Trade & Investment, South Australia. Dignitaries from various countries, including Argentina, Australia, Chile, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mauritius, Mexico, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Peru, Portugal, South Africa, Turkey, and the United States, were also present.

The diverse range of exhibitors and countries represented underscored India’s appeal to the global wines and spirits industry, showcasing its role as a key gateway for regional business. The event attracted attendees from relevant sectors, including hoteliers, restaurateurs, bar owners, importers, distributors, retailers, sommeliers, chefs, food and beverage professionals, and consumers, all engaged in networking activities.

Trade Expo 2022

ProWine Mumbai 2022 facilitated International and Indian wine, spirits, and craft companies in showcasing their exceptional brands through conversations, storytelling, and tastings. It brought together the country's community of brands, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers with international brands looking to enter the Indian market, as well as noteworthy largescale buyers, including hotels, restaurants, and bar owners. The show elegantly united the beverage universe and its direct and indirect consumers, propelling wine and spirits awareness and availability to new heights.

The 2022 edition boasted significant international support from The United States Department of Agriculture, the Consulate General of The Republic of Argentina, Wines of Portugal with Confederação dos Agricultores de Portugal (CAP), ProChile, the Department for Trade & Investment of South Australia, and Business France, among other participating countries.

Throughout the two days, the event hall buzzed with tastings and camaraderie as industry professionals networked and engaged in business meetings. Visitors included large hoteliers, prominent restaurateurs, bar owners, importers, distributors, retailers, sommeliers, chefs, and food and beverage teams.

Highlights included dedicated International Country Pavilions featuring Argentina, Australia, Chile, France, Italy, Portugal, South Africa, and the USA.

Trade Expo 2021

During the two-day event, the bustling exhibition halls provided a vibrant backdrop for tastings and networking among industry professionals. Featuring 200 brands from 13 countries, including France, Italy, and the USA, attendees enjoyed a diverse array of offerings. Notable highlights included 15 masterclasses and a dedicated pavilion from Business France showcasing 13 esteemed wineries.

Safety and sustainability were prioritized, with over 14,000 glasses and 2000+ biodegradable spittoons ensuring a safe tasting experience. Additionally, the event supported environmental efforts by using over 3000 glass water bottles.

The exhibition halls were strategically organized, with Alhambra Hall dedicated to wines, Imperial Hall showcasing spirits and craft beer, and the Grand Cru Salon hosting the prestigious French Pavilion. Finally, Pallazio Hall offered captivating masterclasses on various industry topics.
